General Policies
  We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for safety issues Workers do not discuss rates on the job, speak to management regarding rates.

Upon arrival at the home we reserve the right to increase the rates if we were misinformed by the client regarding the size of the home.

Clutter must be picked up before cleaning crew arrives - toys, clothing, etc.


Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your time is reserved, therefore, it is important for you to provide us with ample time to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to make a change please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you cancel after 3:00 PM , the day prior to your cleaning appointment a $35 cancellation fee will be assessed.

NO-SHOW
We will assess a $40 service fee in the event we travel to your location and we are unable to perform services. Any waiting time will either be added to the amount of time requested or deducted from actual time.

Late Fee/Return Checks
  A fee of $25 is charged for each return check.
Late fee of $20 is added if payment is not received within 30 days from the date of cleaning or receipt of invoice.
